Build a Blossom Card

Happy New Year to all my stampin' friends. I can't believe another year has flown by, but here we are in 2011. One of my goals this year will be to be more active in updating my blog and making it something to keep you updated on my card making and events that I have scheduled.
Below is a card I made yesterday, using the new Build a Blossom stamp set and the coordinating punch. These are both items that are brand new in the Occasion's Mini Catalog which will become current on January 4. There are so many great new products in this new little Mini. I hope you will just enjoy looking at it as much as I do!

(except the Whisper White)

Color Renovation Workshop May 22.

This workshop will be focused around using some of the retiring colors. It has been 5 years since SU has revised their Pallette, and they have decided to retire some old colors and introduce some exciting new ones. I will offer 20% off on any ink pads, card stocks, and re-inkers from the retiring list. This discount will only be available if you order at the workshop or by phone within 2 days of the workshop. It is not available on on-line orders. If you have some favorites, now will be the time to order, as once the colors are gone they will be gone forever.

Scrapbook Page for Color Challenge #26

I just completed this scrapbook page of my little grandson Charlie. It turns out the colors are exactly those that are required in the Color Challenge on Cards & Things Challenge Blog, so I thought I would submit it to that site. These shots were taken while Charlie was playing in front of the book case. He is only 14 months old, but almost looks like he is ready to read, so I thought I would use that as my theme.
I used Stampin' Up's My Digital Studio Software for this layout.

Framed Easter Egg

I got this idea From the Make It and Love It Blog. I thought it would look really cute in the Rich Razzleberry Designer Paper and In Colors. It will make a cute Easter decoration for someone. One of my lucky Workshop attendants will win this at my workshop on Saturday!
